In 2025, the Akhuwat Foundation reintroduced its interest- home loan program, allowing you to borrow amounts ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 6.5 million. Loans up to Rs. 100,000 are entirely interest, while loans exceeding this amount have a nominal interest rate of 0.001%, which may increase to 0.002% under the home loan scheme. To qualify, applicants must be Pakistani citizens aged between 25 and 71, living below the poverty line (with a poverty score under 29), and present a viable business plan. The program is set to launch in 29 days, and the Akhuwat Foundation assures that no fees or payments are required before signing the loan agreement.
